Q. What have other's said about the vitamins Ian recommends?

Q. How much CoQ 10 would be considered sufficient? The brand
of C0Q10 I am taking right now it is 10mg in an anti-oxidant
complex. In looking further into what dosage of CoQ 10 is
needed I am thinking now more along the lines of 30-100mg.

Q. What have other's said about the vitamins Ian recommends?
Ian was kind enough to give me
a month's supply of the vitamins he recommends, as you can see
at the beginning of the post, and I am reporting on my
experience. First, I noticed less muscle soreness after my
workouts. Second, I noticed I slept much better. In fact, while
taking the multis I never woke up during the night. Several
times, I actually woke up on my own in the morning! I also had
less fatigue throughout the day. Overall, I would rate these
multi vitamins as excellent. I plan on becoming a regular
customer!

Anyway...!I would recommend 30-60 mg/day. Under specific
conditions or situations I would go even higher. I have one
reference reporting no signs of toxicity with 100 mg per day for
4 years.
If your only source of CoQ10
is part of a multi-vitamin, you will not be getting this level
of dosage. Keep in mind that it is more than just the dosage,
even if what is on the label is in the bottle (does your brand
guarantee this?) - it is the quality of the source material they
are using
that is vital.

Q. How have other's found this 5-day program?
After recovering from Knee surgery hence being a lot less
active than I usually was, the lifestyle that I was used to,
had changed dramatically. It was time to take action and
there is no time like the present.
A friend mentioned the 5-Day Reset to me and the next day I
made the order. I was anxious about the thought of not being
able to eat (I love my food) and the possibility of being
