Here’s a 10 point test to assess ….

2. Stand facing a mirror are you hands facing you (palm in) or facing backwards (palm back)? (Excessive internal rotation of the upper arm)

3. Stand facing a mirror – are you hands by your side or to the front? (Muscle imbalance horizontally, with excessive shortening of the anterior or chest muscles)

A. Stand in front of a mirror with natural posture and look at your hand position. Your arms are probably rotated so that your palms are slightly in front of and facing your body…..
