As a client of King Sports International we commit to the following standards….

1. You will receive totally awesome service and products.

2. You will be respected as a person and never taken for granted.

3. You'll find us honest, truthful and "up-front" with you at all times. Only programs and strategies that will benefit your greatly will ever be recommended.

4. Your perception of our performance is always the reality.

5. Your investment in our products and services will always be rewarded with exceptional quality and information that will add significantly to your training and business.

6. You'll never be at risk on any investment with King Sports International. If our products and services don't live up to your expectations, we will BUY THEM BACK in full.

7. You'll rarely find our products and services to be the cheapest on the market. You will however always get the best quality and value to give you real benefits.

8. As you refer your friends and colleagues to King Sports International you're assured they will also receive Our Commitment, so you can feel good about referring.

9. Your feedback is critical to our continual ongoing improvements. If we make a mistake please tell us. If we do well, please tell us. Your ideas, comments and suggestions are always wanted by our Team.

10. If any of the above are not met - if you are less than excited about being your experience with KSI - complete the following form with your concerns and we will contact you directly and personally fix it for you.

Our goal is to have totally excited clients! We want every person who invest in our products and services to obtain the benefit that we believe we put into them. We understand however that we cannot please everyone.

If, upon receiving your products, they don't meet your expectations, we ask that you:

1. Contact us within 48hrs of receiving the products and tell us of your concerns and what you would like to see happen.

2. If the products is damaged upon arrival, we ask that you inform us of this within 48hrs of receiving it.  We will replace any products that you received damaged, upon being notified of this within 48hrs of receiving, and upon receiving the damaged product back in the mail at the address we instruct.

3. Keeping in mind we run an international business, we will give you an appropriate shipping address when you contact us with your concerns, so that they are shipped to the right location for repair or replacement. This reduces the risk of the return product experiencing extra wear by shipping the nearest KSI center.

4. If the goods are not damaged or defective, and you have notified us within 48 hrs of receiving them that they have not met your expectations, we will again give you a shipping address to return them to when you communicate your concerns to us prior to returning.

5. Once the products are received back in as-new, re-sellable condition, within 30 days, we will refund your money minus shipping, with the exception of electronically delivered products, videos/DVDs or audio programs.

6.The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

7. In the case of an electronically forwarded product, we do not offer refunds. If the file is defective we will replace it.

8. In the case of an audio or video/DVD program, due to the risks of damage from return shipping/poor repacking, and the potential for unauthorized copying, we limit our refund to a maximum of $100 per person.

9.  Note we take special measures to ensure the products arrive at you in top-notch condition. If you re-pack the product to ship it back, you need to pack and ship in a manner that will result in it being received back to our office in a re-sellable condition. If the product is received back in anything less than a re-sellable condition, we reserve the right not to issue the refund.

10. The refund will be arranged after the above are confirmed.

I wanted to send you a quick note to tell you that, on Monday, I received the books that I ordered, and as I expected the content is exceptional.  I enjoy learning all I can about training, and KSI seems to have the best information available!  I complement you on your customer service.  You have been very gracious and helpful on the phone, and my orders have been more than timely in their arrival.  It appears that KSI's customer service is every bit as exceptional as its educational material (which is some of the best I've seen).  This is the hallmark of a truly exceptional company.
