About KSI
King Sports International (KSI)
was established in 1986 as possibly the first company in the world to
provide commercial,
professional services in the concurrent physical preparation and coach
education at the elite sports level in any country and in any sport.
Since 1986 KSI has serviced athletes and coaches in over twenty
different sports at the elite level in over ten different countries. One
of many unique aspects of KSI is the delivery only of original, tried
and tested theories and methods.

About Ian King
Ian King founded KSI in 1986
after demand for his 
services exceeded one hundred elite athletes in
multiple sports.
Since then Ian has trained and educated thousands of athletes and coaches through five
Olympic cycles, and his coach education material has been used in formal
coach education in over five different countries. Ian's innovations in
training are the most commonly used methods throughout the world of
physical preparation.
