the content of these chapters (9 and 10) are
outstanding - info as complete as they are in these
chapters is a rarity! Its such a tease to
read these and not have the entire book to read

job with Chapter 2! the chapter on equipment. I know
of no other book
that has gone into such detail on how to pick the
right equipment. Like
everything you do, you have downplayed the technical
details in favor of the
practical application. Even an old Gym dog like
myself learned a great deal
from this... so much so that I can't wait until I
can get my eyes on the
other chapters. Every time I read or re-read your
books, watch a video or
listen to you I learn something about training,
business and life. You have
a way of cutting through the BS and getting to the
