What others have said about
the 'How To Write' book!
Ian, I have
just seen the new look today! FANTASTIC! The
new look and feel of these recently released products
are excellent. The congruency in the look is
very impressive in the library! Additionally, and
as always, the content is second to none. I have
had other peers view the material in the How to Write
and they wonder why they were not exposed to material
like this in their Universities. We have been
using it for years at our university! Keep it
coming….Thanks!

Without doubt this is
the best book ever written on the subject of writing
strength training programs. Virtually everyone who reads
strength training books is ultimately looking for just
this - how to put a good program together. I’ve read
most of the top books around today but yours is by FAR
the best - it is practical, something we can actually
use for ourselves instead of just being told what to do
by someone. I love it!

I have thoroughly
enjoyed your manual How to Write Strength Programs.
Although I am not even close to absorbing all of the
information, there is no doubt in my mind it will work
wonders on my physique and conditioning.

I am not a strength
coach or even a personal trainer. The only person I
train is myself. However, with the knowledge gained from
your book How To Write Strength Training Programs, I
feel I could do a better job than most of the trainer’s
in the gyms in my area.

Just flicking through
the How To Write Strength Programs book I can already
tell this is a tome of considerable value. No fancy
pictures, no Mr Magoo style fonts, just straight,
applicable facts.

Just received the
book ‘How To Write Strength Training Programs’ - it’s
wonderful. Thank you!

How to Write Strength
Training Programs was great! The best and most useful
book I have ever read on this topic. Some books give you
‘cookie cutter’ routines or worse yet, specialization
routines for each body part, and no info on how to
integrate them (so you do what I used to do and do them
all as one routine)!
