Flexibility Specialization Series (DVD)

Flexibility is the physical quality that Ian describes as ‘the last frontier’ of physical qualities. His approach is in stark contrast to the mainstream downgrading of this quality. Ian believes flexibility is - generally speaking - the most important of the four dominant physical qualities. You will learn more about Ian’s unique and highly effective approach to flexibility in this premier series!

There is no aspect of flexibility training left untouched in this program - from equipment to testing. You will see and learn techniques and theories on this program that are years ahead of their time!

This program is a live shoot from a two day seminar series that focuses exclusively on flexibility training, whilst placing it in context of the other physical qualities and athletic preparation components.  Concepts that Ian shares in this Series include:

•     The relationship between flexibility and other physical qualities, performance and injury incidence/prevention.

•     Why Ian believes that flexibility may be the most important of the four dominant physical qualities.

•     The need to identify an optimal range and train towards that.

•     How the athlete and coaches can monitor flexibility and use these observations to influence training on a daily basis.

•     How to monitor and assess the effectiveness of your flexibility training.

•     How to distribute training load through the micro-cycle, macro-cycle and year!

What others have said about the Flexibility Specialization Series!
Ian teaches the forgotten part of training – flexibility! This information will make a difference in anyone who chooses to flex their mind and body, not just their muscles. I guarantee you will watch this one for years to come, like I do - I bought it 4 years ago and I still can't get enough of it!
--Miguel Charles

I couldn't agree more with you in regards to where the content can take you. Personally, it has springboarded my knowledge, and business!
 --Jason

I watched the partner stretching on the Flexibility Specialization program and actually said to myself out loud ‘that is why the athletes call him the master!’
--Scott White
