These stretch bands are made of light weight, high tension webbing. They are available in three sizes to suit various heights (see below). A poster with a stretching program and guidelines is included with each stretch tube.

Small (Red) - less then 170cm tall

Medium (Blue) - 170-190cm tall

Large (Green) -more than 190cm tall
